With her strong business acumen and 20 years of experience including senior leadership Human Resource roles, Tracy leads CNA Canada’s people strategy.
A true strategic business partner, Tracy is a key member of the Executive leadership team. An expert in change management with sound legal knowledge, she takes a proactive approach to talent management. Tracy leads a team of HR professionals and oversees organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, HR policies and systems as well as Learning and Development. Tracy’s innovative leadership approach ensures that CNA recruits, develops, and retains the best and brightest in the industry, and drives the high performance culture that sets CNA apart.
Tracy joined CNA in 2014 having spent several years working in progressively responsible HR roles in the logistics, financial services, and retail sectors in large, publically-traded, global organizations.
Tracy holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons)) from the UK and France, and holds her Canadian legal equivalency (NCA). She is fluent in both English and French.
