Director of Human Resources, Aon Risk Solutions
Adam has 10 years’ experience specifically working within the insurance industry. He has had the opportunity to gain experiences working in the HR consulting industry, marketing & retail analytics and financial services. He joined Aon in January 2014 to lead the Canadian Talent Acquisition team for all three lines of business (Aon Risk Solutions, Aon Benfield and Aon Hewitt) while also being a key contributing member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team for Aon. In 2016, he was provided the opportunity to become a Director, Human Resources for the Aon Risk Solutions business to drive the talent agenda, influencing executive leaders and aligning HR strategies to business plans for driving revenue and growth.
Adam is passionate about working with leaders to proactively engage, retain and develop top talent while meeting the future needs of the organization. Through his ability to influence and coach he has been able to work with leaders to enhance their engagement approaches with their teams and develop detailed talent strategies linked to accountability, client retention, expanded business, and client satisfaction. As Director, HR he is exposed to all areas of HR with specific emphasis on talent management, succession planning, performance management, retention, engagement, compensation, and development.
Adam is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), graduate of Trent University with a post-grad in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
